Graeme is a Civil and Structural engineer with over 40 years’ experience working on construction and engineering projects of all sizes. With his expertise in engineering and construction merged with his boating passion and knowledge (25 years competing in the Sydney to Hobart Ocean Yacht Race and previously head of Yachting Australia) there is no one else better placed to handle your boating or coastal related project.  Graeme’s innovative approach and commitment to see projects through means he is sought after world-wide for advice on boating facility projects.  He is a world leader in drystack boat storage design, frequently providing his expert advice.

Graeme’s qualifications include:

  • Registered building practitioner (DP AD 2234 and EC 1257)
  • Civil Engineer (EC 1257)
  • Draftsman (DP AD 2234)
  • Domestic Builder (DBU 36488)
  • Commercial Builder (CBL 3485)

Besides his engineering prowess, Graeme has generously dedicated himself to the boating community over the last 15 years, holding many volunteer roles including president of Yachting Australia, president of Yachting Victoria, commodore of Sandringham Yacht Club as well as being elected a City of Sandringham councillor.

Belinda has over 15 years’ experience.  In her diverse career she has worked all over Australia, from remote National Parks to inner city Councils. She has served on numerous regional project advisory groups and associations, presented several conference papers and also sits on a number of Federal and State Government environmental and community grant assessment committees.

Belinda prides herself on her strong communication skills and is passionate about working and consulting with all stakeholders, be it local communities through to governments on projects she undertakes.

A Young Australian of the Year Award in 2001 recognised her commitment to the environment.  Her main areas of interest and expertise are in coastal, bushfire and cultural heritage issues.

Belinda’s qualifications include:

  • Masters of Social Science – Environmental Planning
  • Bachelor of Applied Science – Parks Recreation and Heritage
  • Development and building in bushfire prone areas short course
  • Trained and accredited in Fire Behaviour, Community Safety (Bushfire), Facilitation, Media Liaison.
  • OH&S Level 3

Mark brings a background in marketing and business development to Ainley Projects. His experience working in property development based organisations gives him a good understanding of client expectations, work flow and best practice systems.

Mark’s approach to business is much like his approach to football – commitment, passion and team work.  He cares about continuing the family business’ success into the future, and managing a team committed to hard work and quality service.

  • Bachelor of Business (International Business & Marketing)
  • Certificate 4 in Building & Construction (current)
  • PRINCE2 Project Management (Foundation level)
